Our Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule any booked service, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You will recieve a full refund for your booking as long as we are notified of the cancellation prior to the start time. If you do not attend a scheduled booking and do not inform us of cancellation, no refund will be issued. In cases of emergency, please contact us by phone or email.

About This Service

An in-person session is meant to cater to you and your specific needs, without the barrier of a 1-on-1 video session. If you live in the Suffolk County, New York area, you can book an in-person 1-on-1 meeting. This specialized plan has to be accepted & approved by our team, and pricing varies (depending on the location, driving time, etc.), starting at $75. Begin by: - Requesting a face-to-face meeting with one of our mentors in a location of your choosing (ex. park, mall, your home, etc.) - Request for a team member to check in on a loved one who may be in need Once your request is placed, it will be reviewed and either approved/denied. If approved, you will be notified of the approval and pricing & payment details. If a request is denied, it is typically due to the location requested not being accessible; but you will also be notified at that time and we can work together to make any necessary changes and get a booking scheduled! *If this is your first time booking with Hope Through Darkness, we require an Informed Consent Form to be read, signed, and sent back to us via email (hopethroughdarkness@gmail.com), prior to your first session. If you are a parent/guardian looking to schedule a session for your child (under 18 years of age), we require the Informed Consent Form to be signed by both you, the parent/guardian, and your child.
