Our Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule any booked service, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You will recieve a full refund for your booking as long as we are notified of the cancellation prior to the start time. If you do not attend a scheduled booking and do not inform us of cancellation, no refund will be issued. In cases of emergency, please contact us by phone or email.

About This Service

If you or a loved one are looking for help, and you have no idea what to expect, what kind of treatments there are, the onsets and offsets, the highs and lows; if you do not have anyone who has dealt with this before, chances are you are inundated with questions. Come to us and we can help walk you through the process and tell you what to expect. We can tell you the struggles that you will face if a family member has been newly diagnosed, or if you have questions and don't know if you should get help. We have experienced professionals who are well trained, and have heard and seen it all. We will be open, honest and help guide you through this spiral in your life. We can help guide you through the past trauma, addiction struggles, family guidance, interventions, addiction management, and let you know how to handle different situations. We can provide email correspondence, 1:1 conference, or we can even meet you at a park on a nice warm day. Mental illness is a disease that doesn't effect just one person, but the entire family. We can help guide you and your family through this hard time. We charge on a sliding scale, and the initial intake is free. Reach out without fear of being judged, or feeling obligated to sign-up for service - we are here to help the community.
